Because the record deserves a defence
Four years of work is easy to dismiss in a thirty-second clip. Fertiliser at half price, a health fund that covers dialysis, twenty thousand government services taken off the counter and put on a phone — none of it defends itself.
We are recruiting serious political minds countrywide to do exactly that: show what has been delivered, explain what comes next, correct what is being distorted, and organise the people who agree into something that can actually turn out on election day.
Five objectives, five platforms

H.E. President William Ruto
From selling chickens by the roadside in Kamagut to the presidency of the Republic of Kenya — a biography that is itself the argument for the Bottom-Up agenda.
From the secretariat to the station
Four layers, each accountable to the one above and responsible for the one below.
National Secretariat
Sets the message, verifies every fact published, runs the rapid-response desk and produces the weekly content pack.
County Teams
A county coordinator and a small team translating the national message into local issues and local languages.
Ward Coordinators
The connective tissue. They recruit, place and support the cells, and they are the people who call you after you register.
Polling Station Cells
Five people who know their station's voters by name. Everything above exists to make these teams effective.
Which layer are you joining?
Most people start at the station, because that is where the work is. Tell us where you vote and what you are good at.
